Professional roles

NewBraunfelsHomeTeam.com is not itself a licensed real estate brokerage, mortgage company or bank. Real estate brokerage services are provided through AXEN Realty, LLC. Residential mortgage loan-origination services are provided through NEXA Mortgage, LLC. Use of one service is not conditioned on use of another.

Home records and property information

A Home number is a permanent reference to a property toured by New Braunfels Home Team. It is not a representation that the property, floor plan, price, incentive or related inventory remains available. Displayed price and specifications reflect information available when the property was toured and should be independently confirmed.

Requesting Home information does not reserve a property, register a buyer with a builder, create a broker-client relationship or guarantee representation or commission protection. Applicable representation relationships require the appropriate written agreement.

Builder visits

Builder registration and first-visit policies vary. If you want New Braunfels Home Team to assist with a purchase, contact the team before visiting a builder sales center so the visit and representation process can be coordinated where appropriate.

Mortgage information

Mortgage information is general and is not a loan commitment, approval, guarantee of qualification, guarantee of rate or promise that a program will be available. Applications and loan decisions are subject to the applicable lender process and disclosures.

Third-party services

IDX search, NewHomeBuddy, video platforms, mapping services and other linked services operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
