New Braunfels Home Team is a consumer-facing media and home-discovery brand operated initially by Ryan Molenda. Real estate brokerage services are provided through AXEN Realty, LLC. Residential mortgage loan-origination services are provided through NEXA Mortgage, LLC, NMLS #1660690. Ryan Molenda is Loan Officer NMLS #2870538.

Information collected

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, Home numbers and property interests, messages, communication preferences, consent records, referral and campaign information, browser or device information, IP address and interactions with website features.

How information is used

Information may be used to fulfill Home-information requests, respond to questions, coordinate property visits, maintain contact and interest records, route requests to an appropriate team member, provide requested communications, operate and secure the website, and comply with legal or professional obligations.

Text-message communications
